You scored as Christianity. Your views are most similar to those of Christianity. Do more research on Christianity and possibly consider being baptized and accepting Jesus, if you aren't already Christian. Christianity is the second of the Abrahamic faiths; it follows Judaism and is followed by Islam. It differs in its belief of Jesus, as not a prophet nor historical figure, but as God in human form. The Holy Trinity is the concept that God takes three forms: the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost (sometimes called Holy Spirit). Jesus taught the idea of instead of seeking revenge, one should love his or her neighbors and enemies. Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross to save humankind and forgive people's sins.

Which religion is the right one for you? (new version)

I feel much better now that I finally know what religion I am. Anyway, does that description of the Father, Son and Spirit sound like modalism or what? And I must say, I object to not believing that Jesus was a prophet or a historical figure. How could he be God in human form if he wasn't a historical figure? What's up with these caricatures of our faith?

I’m glad you’ve finally found your religion. Yes, that description does sound like modalism. Christianity’s complicated. It’s easy to be almost right about one’s understanding of it but to still not get it. Even a lot of Christians misunderstand the Trinity, and maybe this person is one of them. All the sentence about Jesus needs is a “just” before the prophet or historical figure part. But they got the main things right. Jesus was God, taught love, and died on the cross to save people.

Sven’s quizzes are better, have you taken those?

Nope, haven’t heard of ’em. Link?

Oh, and, did you get my e-mail, Kyle?

So I admit to having nothing better to do with the last 30 minutes of my life–I took the quiz twice. Mostly because I scored “as Christianity” at only 83% the first time. (They rearrange the questions when you take it the second time, you know!) I only changed one answer (that I know of) and got a 100%. And that was in response to the statement, “Man was created for God, and woman for man” or some such thing. We’ll have to have a discussion about that sometime.
